1.5 billion people are learning English right now. The IELTS speaking module alone tests 3.5 million people a year. The market is still dominated by 1-to-1 tutoring at $30–$80/hour and US-accented gamified apps that don't grade Cambridge speech.
Britwise sits in the middle: AI speed and price, expert-grade rigour, British-English audience. 100x the practice volume of a tutor at 1/40th the price.

WHY WE WIN
Three moats.

British-English specialism. Every competitor builds for US English first. We build for IELTS / Cambridge first — the rest of the world studies for those.

Speaking-first, not reading-first. Duolingo is text + multiple-choice. Speak is conversation but US-accented. We're the only one that grades on the Cambridge speaking rubric live.

Three-path GTM. B2C funds the brand; B2S builds endorsement; B2B prints cash. Most language apps pick one; we run all three on shared infrastructure.
